At Bird Simpson & Co, we can advise on the use of computer systems for processing your financial information. We can also undertake a review of your current system, security and back-up procedures and assist with problem areas and further system developments and upgrades.

This is of particular relevance as we begin to progress through the government’s Making Tax Digital regime. Online accounting has already become essential for PAYE/NIC and VAT and this will progress further into retaining accounting information in a digital format. It is therefore imperative that the computer system in use is reliable and up to date, and that clients are confident in its use.

We currently utilise Sage, QuickBooks and CCH accounting software and can give you as much or as little assistance and training on these packages as you require.

We can give assistance to clients on these matters using their own systems or we can complete these on the client’s behalf as part of our bookkeeping and payroll services.
